CFM Seminar, Maasai (Tanzania)

Dear my Sister Cris Fouse,

It’s my hope that you are fine. My wife and I are fine and we progress well in our all daily activities.

Dear Sister, I thank God because I got an opportunity to met with many Maasai yesterday and I had a time to teach them Christian Formation Teachings. It was a very good time. Two days ago an older Maasai man invited me to attend to Maasai celebration and he told me to go there and teach them the word of God. So I took the CFM books and I went there. I met many Maasai and I used three hours teaching them CFM. They were very interested in the teachings. Five Maasai submitted their life to Christ, and I will baptize them next Sunday. Praise the Lord for this big blessing we received through CFM.

The Maasai asked me to go there and teach them again. They told me that they are very encouraged to have a time to hear the wonderful word from God through the CFM programme.

I have a Maasai evangelist (pictured at right) that is helping when I go in Maasai areas. He attended the CFM Seminar that I did in my Parish. So he is a good teacher and I told him to teach the Maasai [CFM] book 1.

Dear Sister, I am sending you this report in order to know what I do. This Ministry is very important for the Church of God. I trust that If we can get funding for printing more Maasai books and funding for running seminars. Many Maasai will become a Christians.
